In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.


Email has become increasingly unreliable. Since our emails notifying you of your ticket updates may fail to be delivered, it is vital that you log back in to our Support Desk and check the status of your ticket(s) frequently for updates. We will attempt to reply to your ticket(s) as quickly as possible, and all tickets are answered in the order they are received. We attempt to answer every email within 24-48 hours but in some situations it may take longer.
